Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our team at i3. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT Service Desk team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Service Desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent IT services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service desk performance, including service level agreements, incident and request management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the IT service desk budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including IT operations, development, and infrastructure, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices, including ITIL.
  • Manage and develop the IT service desk team, including performance management, training, and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on service desk operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT service management tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management best practices.
