Job Purpose

The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the organization's mission and vision. This role will oversee the design and delivery of learning and development programs, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  3. Lead performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  4. Manage employee relations issues to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with senior management to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with employment law developments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
