We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Service Expert to join our IT department at Travel Counsellors. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional technical support and guidance to our global teams, ensuring they have access to the latest technology and tools to succeed.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. • Providing technical support and guidance to our global teams, utilizing strong customer service skills and knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 products.
  1. • Working closely with application, platform, and security teams to deliver an effective and efficient technical support service.
  1. • Resolving IT-related queries and incidents, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  1. • Collaborating with junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
  1. • Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and implementing them into our systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • • Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • • Knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 products and business apps.
  • • Understanding of the ITIL framework and technology service management.
  • • Outcome-driven and customer-focused, able to own and see through to resolution team and delegated technical and service escalations.
