Technical Help Desk Lead

Your main responsibilities will include:
- • Providing technical support and guidance to our global teams, utilizing strong customer service skills and knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 products.
- • Working closely with application, platform, and security teams to deliver an effective and efficient technical support service.
- • Resolving IT-related queries and incidents, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- • Collaborating with junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
- • Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and implementing them into our systems and processes.
Requirements:
- • Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
- • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
- • Knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 products and business apps.
- • Understanding of the ITIL framework and technology service management.
- • Outcome-driven and customer-focused, able to own and see through to resolution team and delegated technical and service escalations.
