Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our team at Venom IT, based in Cheshire. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to work in a fast-paced IT support environment and gain valuable experience in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and resolving IT help desk requests.
- Dealing with and resolving technical issues.
- Performing basic installation, configuration, and support of IT equipment.
- Analyzing and repairing or building new or faulty IT equipment.
- Providing support and fault resolution, including basic user training.
- A minimum of one year's IT experience.
- Confidence when interacting over the telephone.
- Hardware Virtualisation.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
