About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Claims Management and Product Development team as the Head of Speciality Lines Product Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement innovative product solutions for our Speciality Lines business, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Claims Management: Oversee the management of claims related to our Speciality Lines products, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for product development, claims management, and customer service, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the Speciality Lines business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or design.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, claims management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
