Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Community Team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP. As a Specialist Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes, promoting health and independence.
Main Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with General Practices, Social Services, and other statutory and non-statutory services to meet the needs of the local population. You will be expected to provide highly skilled therapy care, promote health, reduce the effects of ill health and disability, and maximize individual potential for independence.
Requirements
- MCSP Dip PT / BSc / BSc(Hons) PT / MSc Physiotherapist
- Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professionals Council
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Non-medical prescriber
- Leadership and Management training
- Further qualifications relevant to community practice
Working Arrangements
We cover a large geographical area, and access to a vehicle to travel to visit patients is essential. You will be required to work a 7-day shift pattern, and for this post, it is essential that you can drive and have access to a car.
