We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our Integrated Therapy service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the overall service delivery model and team advancement within the Integrated Therapy service.
- Deliver paediatric physiotherapy in a variety of settings, including clinic, school, and patients' own homes across Wiltshire.
- Manage a complex clinical caseload of patients and maintain accurate records as an autonomous practitioner.
- Provide clinical and peer supervision of staff across the team and across professions where appropriate.
- Ensure the service provides a high-quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based clinical service to children and young people accessing the service and their families.
- Effective communication skills to work with patients, carers, and other professionals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and young people, families, and other professionals to agree joint goals for therapy.
- Responsibility and accountability for all aspects of own work, including the management of patients in care.
- Ability to select and use treatment resources effectively and efficiently.
- Support for the Professional Lead in adherence to budgetary requirements.
