Community Physiotherapist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community Team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP. As a Specialist Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy care to patients in their own homes, promoting health and independence, and reducing the effects of ill health and disability.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide highly skilled therapy care to patients in the community setting, promoting health and independence.
- Work closely with General Practices, Social Services, and other statutory and non-statutory services to meet the needs of the local population.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality safe and sustainable clinical and operational leadership.
- Participate in the weekend therapy rota and cover planned and urgent occupational therapy and physiotherapy assessments and treatment.
Requirements
- MCSP Dip PT / BSc / BSc(Hons) PT / MSc Physiotherapist qualification.
- Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professionals Council.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Up-to-date community experience, case management experience, and experience of working with adults.
- Leadership experience, teaching experience, and knowledge of recruitment, selection, and appraisal systems.
