Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team within the Mechanical Decommissioning and Commissioning department. Based in the Midlands, our client has expanded to over 300 employees and operates across multiple service lines including water hygiene, air hygiene, water treatment, flushing and commissioning, and M&E compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development, ideally within the mechanical or building services sectors and have key understanding of Decommissioning and Commissioning, and will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results that meet client needs.
- Support the mobilisation manager in mobilising new contracts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Commissioning and Decommissioning of Mechanical, HVAC & Plantrooms sector either in an operating environment or sales.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
- A full clean driving licence.
Remuneration:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £45-50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a car allowance of £400 per month or a company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and company benefits such as retail discounts.
