About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with proven experience in managing new business sales teams, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales goals. As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and leading the New Business sales team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead the New Business sales team to ensure they meet sales quotas and standards
  • Recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales team members
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a performance-related bonus scheme, health insurance, and a generous pension contribution.
