The Cornerstone Church Ministry Development Scheme is an exceptional opportunity for individuals to develop their leadership skills and grow in their faith. As part of this program, participants will become an integral part of the Cornerstone Church staff team in Nottingham for 3-4 years, gaining invaluable experience and expertise.

Through a combination of theological training at Crosslands Seminary and ongoing mentorship from the Cornerstone leadership and staff, participants will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation necessary to excel in senior staff roles within the local church in the UK or overseas.
