About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Leadership Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative leader to make a real difference in the education sector.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management across the school, working closely with the Head of Schools and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement and excellence. This role includes motivating staff, setting high standards, implementing outstanding teaching strategies, and driving learner achievement.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Operational Delivery
    - Lead the operational delivery of education services for learners.
    - Collaborate with the Head of Schools and Senior Leadership Team to develop and maintain a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high expectations.
    - Articulate and implement the school's vision and strategic direction through coherent operational plans.
    - Drive school improvement initiatives to achieve the highest standards in learning and teaching.
  2. Teaching and Learning Leadership
    - Monitor and enhance the quality of learning and teaching across the school.
    - Promote strategies to raise learner achievement and manage intervention programs.
    - Model best practices in teaching and foster innovative and creative approaches to education.
  3. Staff Development and Leadership
    - Keep staff informed of the school's strategic objectives and priorities through effective communication.
    - Act as a designated safeguarding lead, ensuring pupil safety at all times.
    - Support the recruitment, induction, and professional development of staff to align with the school's goals.
  4. General Responsibilities
    - Participate in day-to-day school management and act in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong educational leader with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of driving school improvement, and a commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, preferably in education, and a good understanding of education standards and frameworks such as Ofsted and Teacher Standards.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
