Join our dynamic team as a Dementia Care Specialist and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older adults living with dementia. This part-time position involves working 18 hours per week, with shifts taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. As a Dementia Care Specialist, you will provide expert care and support, empowering individuals to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive environment, promoting social interaction and stimulation.
  • Provide education and guidance to family members and carers, ensuring they feel empowered to support loved ones.
