About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient environment where targets are met
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is at the core of everything you do
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
