Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support to our UKI region. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing regional corporate governance;
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements;
  3. Providing general commercial legal support to the Sales team and day-to-day operational support for the business as a trusted legal advisor;
  4. Legal monitoring and internal training towards commercial and operational teams;
  5. Contributing to implement and develop company policies and procedures at a regional level;
  6. Participating and supporting global projects;
  7. Collaborating with the broader legal team in other regions;
  8. Timely management reporting on deals, budget, and litigation activities;

Requirements

  • 7-10 years working experience in an internationally operating IT company as in-house counsel;
  • Excellent drafting and negotiating skills;
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Proactive, self-confident, and resilient individual;

Estimated Salary: £95,000 per annum
