About the Role

Bermar, a pioneering innovator in wine and Champagne preservation, is seeking a visionary Strategic Business Growth Manager to spearhead our Sales team's success.

We're looking for a seasoned B2B leader with a passion for the hospitality industry to help guide our team in cultivating new markets and fostering long-term partnerships with key industry players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Business Development Strategy: Drive revenue growth and brand recognition for Bermar in the global hospitality sector.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster collaboration, nurture talent, and ensure all team members achieve their goals.
  • Identify and Capitalize on International Growth Opportunities: Conduct market analysis and strategic planning to tailor Bermar's solutions to diverse markets.
  • Cultivate and Manage Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and exceed client expectations.
  • Analyse Market Trends and Data: Develop targeted sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
  • Deliver Regular Reports: Showcase team performance, exceed sales targets, and outline future growth initiatives to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in B2B sales or account management.
  • WSET Level 2 or equivalent education is an asset.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
