We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by providing strategic financial insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Produce timely and accurate monthly Management Reports and Accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing financial guidance, analysis, and insights to support business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis to provide a clear understanding of the drivers of growth.
- Develop and maintain effective business partnering relationships across different operational teams.
- Collaborate with Operational teams to improve working capital performance, with particular reference to debt and stock management.
- Provide effective financial information to the operations of the business to enable visibility of performance and assist with strategies around efficiencies and enhancing profitability.
- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts to manage the divisional results and expectations across the business.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI to analyse financial data, create insightful reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Compliance with group finance policy and procedure and establishment of additional policy and procedure as required.
- Part Qualified or Newly Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience of preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Management Accounts.
- Commercial acumen, with an ability to interpret numbers and communicate key issues in a concise and clear manner to a range of audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial models.
