About the Role:

Bermar, a world-renowned innovator in wine and Champagne preservation, seeks a visionary Strategic Business Growth Manager to spearhead our Sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, driving revenue growth and brand recognition for Bermar in the global hospitality sector.
  • Oversee and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, nurturing talent, and ensuring all team members achieve their goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on international growth opportunities through market analysis and strategic planning, tailoring Bermar's solutions to diverse markets.
  • Cultivate and manage key accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and exceeding client expectations.
  • Analyse market trends and data to develop targeted sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
  • Deliver regular reports to senior management, showcasing team performance, exceeding sales targets, and outlining future growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in B2B sales or account management.
  • WSET Level 2 or equivalent education is an asset.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
