- Oversee and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, nurturing talent, and ensuring all team members achieve their goals.
- Identify and capitalize on international growth opportunities through market analysis and strategic planning, tailoring Bermar's solutions to diverse markets.
- Cultivate and manage key accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and exceeding client expectations.
- Analyse market trends and data to develop targeted sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management, showcasing team performance, exceeding sales targets, and outlining future growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in B2B sales or account management.
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent education is an asset.
- Experience managing multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
