About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of HR, Finance, and Procurement scalable solutions to meet business requirements at Conexus MedStaff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead colleagues and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope.
  • Manage agreed technology solution projects from conception to delivery.
  • Develop business cases to support project prioritization.
  • Implement ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement, and HR and Payroll.
  • Manage real-time integration to other systems (front and back office).
  • Work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse implementation team.
  • Manage and report project budgets.
  • Manage 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience in ERP solutions implementations.
  • Proven experience of business case development to support project prioritization.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with gravitas and a proactive approach to decision making.
  • Experience with finance systems optimization.
  • Project management qualification (Prince 2 or PMI) – preferred.
  • Knowledge of managing business system project implementations.
