Role Purpose

Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery & PMO, the PMO Coordinator will oversee the administration of the project portfolio and communicate progress to stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team.

This position requires collaboration with IT and business project managers throughout the organization to ensure that project statuses, risks, and issues are effectively managed.

The PMO Coordinator will ensure adherence to the Conexus project management governance framework and assist colleagues in developing business cases, managing project budgets, and reporting on project progress.

Additionally, this role will serve as a central administrative support for the IT department, working under the guidance of the Head of IT Services.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience with various project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and regions.
  • Utilize PowerBI for reporting purposes.
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.

Technical Expertise

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMI, and Agile Scrum Master.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Numerical aptitude with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and return on investment.
