Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Delivery & PMO, the PMO Coordinator will oversee the project portfolio and communicate progress to stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team. This position necessitates collaboration with IT and business project managers to ensure project statuses, risks, and issues are effectively managed.
The PMO Coordinator will ensure adherence to Conexus project management governance processes and assist colleagues in developing business cases, managing project budgets, and reporting on project outcomes. Additionally, this role will serve as a central administrative resource for the IT department under the guidance of the Head of IT Services.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in various project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and regions.
- Familiarity with PowerBI reporting is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management or PMO capacity.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMI, and Agile Scrum Master.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Numerate with a solid grasp of basic accounting principles and return on investment calculations.
