Job Title: Project Management Officer

Conexus MedStaff is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for administering the project portfolio and reporting progress to stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a variety of project management methodologies and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. The role requires the ability to lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to Monday.com and usage of PowerBI reporting. 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO role is required. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies i.e. Prince2, PMI, Agile Scrum Master is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the project portfolio and report progress to stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate and support IT and business project managers across the organization in ensuring project status, risks and issues are being maintained.
  • Ensure the Conexus project management governance process is being adhered to.
  • Support colleagues in the creation of business cases, project budget management and project reporting.
  • Act as a central departmental administrator to the IT function working under the direction of Head of IT Services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO role.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies i.e. Prince2, PMI, Agile Scrum Master.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Numerate – understanding of basic accounting and return on investment.
