About the Role
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of HR, Finance, and Procurement scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of implementing ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement, and HR and Payroll, and integrations with other solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope.
- Manage agreed technology solution projects from conception to delivery.
- Proven experience of business case development to support project prioritization.
- Management and reporting of project budgets.
- Management of 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience in ERP solutions implementations.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar industry, but more importantly with a background in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
- Experience with real-time integration to other systems (front and back office).
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse implementation team.
- Project management qualification (Prince 2 or PMI) – preferred.
- Knowledge of managing business system project implementations.
