Lead Resident Experience Manager

We are looking for a talented Lead Resident Experience Manager to join our team at our flagship PBSA site in North West London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences for our residents, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hospitality, PBSA, or similar environments, with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and connect with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Unforgettable Experiences: Build a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community where residents thrive and rave about their time with us.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure health and safety compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Revenue Growth: Drive occupancy, explore new income opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to meet and exceed targets.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in managing teams in hospitality, PBSA, or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and connect with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Flexibility is key—occasional weekend and evening work may be required during peak periods.
