London, Greater London, United Kingdom Tradewind Recruitment Full time

Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a dedicated primary SEND school in Surrey to find an exceptional Support Staff member for their team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role

As a Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, helping them develop academically and personally. You will work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure that each child receives the support they need to succeed.

Actively participating in class activities, ensuring every student is engaged and supported, is also a key part of this role. Your creativity and flexibility will enable you to adapt to different learning needs and provide effective support strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with prior experience working with SEN students, although we value dedication, patience, and a compassionate approach above all. The ability to adapt to different learning needs and employ creative support strategies is essential.

A driver's license and access to a car are beneficial but not essential for the location in Surrey. You will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of £99, depending on experience, as well as an opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly school setting where your contributions truly matter.
