Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd in North London. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

You will work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, adapting your approach as needed
  • Monitor and document student progress, ensuring seamless communication with teaching staff
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive classroom environment that fosters positive learning experiences
  • Assist with classroom organization, maintaining a safe and supportive space for students
