Business Offshoring Lead Job Description

The successful Business Offshoring Lead will be responsible for reviewing and understanding operational processes that will be offshored, including timelines, volume, and resource requirements. They will identify areas of improvement in current processes, document them into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and be able to recreate the processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and understand operational processes to be offshored
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement in current processes
  • Document processes into SOPs and recreate them as needed
  • Gather workflow requirements to ensure Indian team visibility and workload statistics
  • Roll out processes with Indian colleagues in conjunction with business priorities and offshoring plans
