About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in the Offshore Wind sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering geotechnical aspects of offshore projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct geotechnical design of offshore support structures, including numerical modeling
  • Plan and interpret offshore geotechnical site surveys
  • Document project results and attend project meetings with clients
  • Coordinate project developments in the bid and execution phases
  • Manage the geotechnical discipline within projects
  • Potentially lead project teams and manage people
  • Contribute to technical development and innovation
  • Collaborate with international teams across Europe, Americas, and APAC
Requirements
  • Knowledge of site investigation and laboratory testing for offshore projects
  • Experience in offshore foundation design and installation for the Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy industries
  • MEng in Civil Engineering or MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
