About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in the Offshore Wind sector. As a key member of our Ground Engineering Department, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of offshore wind farm projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the geotechnical design of offshore support structures, including numerical modeling and site investigation
  • Plan and interpret offshore geotechnical site surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis
  • Document project results and attend project meetings with clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate project developments in the bid and execution phases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Manage the geotechnical discipline within projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Potentially lead project teams and manage people, driving project success and growth
  • Contribute to technical development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with other locations across Europe, Americas, and APAC, fostering a global and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of offshore geotechnical site investigation and laboratory testing
  • Experience in offshore foundation design and installation for the Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy industries
  • MEng in Civil Engineering or MSc in Geotechnical Engineering, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to develop and execute well-structured code in Python, Matlab, or other languages
