About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Noise and Vibration Engineer to join our team at QinetiQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for solving complex noise and vibration problems for our customers, primarily in the UK Royal Navy and submarine sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customer requirements
  • Operate safely and comply with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations
  • Promote technical innovation and research in noise and vibration domains
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant Science or Engineering subject or equivalent qualification and experience
  • Familiarity with naval platforms and experience in maritime engineering, trials, or test and evaluation environments
  • Proficiency in relevant software for signal processing, modelling, or analysis such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python
