We are seeking a skilled Training Designer to join our Integrated Training Design Service team at Raytheon UK. As a Training Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training courses that are engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric, ensuring they meet the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content that is relevant, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain training programs, including e-learning and courseware materials, using a variety of media and technology.
- Contribute to the development of overall instructional strategy, analyzing and implementing changes to training programs to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
- Proactively seek feedback and impact stories to enhance training courses and continuously improve the work completed.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to positively contribute to training transformation.
- Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new and/or amended training as designed.
- Demonstrate a passion for training transformation and continuous improvement.
- Exhibit enthusiasm to learn, collaborate, communicate, and demonstrate best practice within the business, customers, and the wider team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to plan, multitask, deliver on time, and work independently.
- Adept at adopting a flexible approach to the role and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development environment.
- Familiarity with the ADDIE model and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
- Knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry Defence procedures and policies.
