We are seeking a highly skilled Training Transformation Lead to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the modernisation of Royal Navy Training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transformative solutions to enhance training delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the needs of educators and trainees
  • Lead the acceleration of the Training Transformation process through Agile methodologies
  • Ensure solutions presented to the Product Owner are coherent, ambitious, and transformative

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect preparing, presenting, and delivering solutions to clients
  • A proven track record of developing complex solutions
  • Experience of managing projects from start to finish
  • Ability to lead innovation and change
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment is beneficial
