About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Courseware Developer to join our team at Raytheon UK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality training design, e-learning, and courseware materials that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Transformation: You will be accountable for ensuring that all training courses assigned to you are transformed to meet the latest standards and requirements.
  • Inclusive and Learner-Centric Training Content: You will be responsible for creating training content that is active, engaging, and inclusive, and that meets the needs of our learners.
  • Process Improvement: You will ensure that the processes that support the review and change of training courses follow the end-to-end training design process and are DSAT compliant.
  • Training Design and Development: You will be responsible for the production and development of high-quality training design, e-learning, and courseware materials.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: You will have experience of working in a Learning and Development environment, with a passion for training transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Skills and Knowledge: You will have knowledge of the ADDIE model and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT), and be able to apply this knowledge to create effective training solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
