About the Role

In our endeavour to foster social justice and improve lives through academic excellence, we seek a dedicated professional to join our Careers and Enterprise Team at Queen Mary University of London.

This role involves working closely with staff across the university to develop and implement a comprehensive programme of activities and events that enable employers to engage with our students and graduates, thereby enhancing progression opportunities and improving Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS) results.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on employer support for designated academic Schools and sectors, collaborating with the Employer Engagement Team, Leaders, Careers Consultants, and programme teams to offer a coordinated approach to employer engagement.

About You

About the Department

The Careers and Enterprise Team's mission is to further develop the employability of Queen Mary University of London students from enrolment until three years after graduation. Our team consists of around 60 FTE staff, working in partnership with academic schools and employers to provide inclusive careers support and opportunities to our students and graduates.
