Community Care Driver

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Care Driver to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our healthcare transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting children with special educational needs to and from their places of education while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive safely and considerately to transport children to and from their place of education using our vehicles.
- Assist children in boarding and alighting from the vehicle, providing any necessary physical assistance.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff regarding transportation arrangements.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of seat belts and appropriate seating arrangements.
- Report any incidents or concerns promptly to your line Manager/Operations Manager.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle.
