Community Care Service Manager Job Description:

Location: Bristol, with travel to Swindon and North Somerset

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, variable hours with some on-call requirement

The successful candidate will lead a team of Community Care Drivers, supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational delivery, focusing on performance delivery, quality and governance requirements, and meeting objectives and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Community Care Drivers in Bristol, Swindon and North Somerset.
  • Manage budgets and develop staff.
  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year recent management/supervisor experience.
  • A full valid UK driving licence with less than 3 penalty points.
