Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex Needs Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients with complex needs, working within a 12-step programme framework.
  • Liaison and Teamwork: Develop strong relationships with other professionals and members of the treatment team to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Client Interventions: Design and deliver interventions to support clients in their recovery journey, promoting health and well-being.
  • Safe Therapeutic Environment: Create a safe, supportive environment that fosters client growth and recovery.
  • Initial Health Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments on admission, including Mental Health and Substance Misuse history.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Qualification: Hold an RMN qualification with UK registration.
  • Recovery Model: Demonstrate ability to work with the 12 Step Programme (Recovery Model).
  • Health Awareness: Show awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse.
  • Care Planning: Have experience of Key Working and Care Planning.
