We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bristol, England. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to clients with complex needs related to substance dependency.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial health assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to clients. You will also be expected to promote the health and well-being of clients, ensuring a safe and caring environment, and support them through a 12-step programme to address substance misuse.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a RMN qualification with UK registration, experience with the 12-step programme (Recovery Model), and awareness of health issues related to substance misuse. You will also require strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
