About the Role:

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our care community, you will provide high-quality support and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Salary: £11.70 per hour (weekdays) and £12.45 per hour (weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and cook or prepare hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks and provide companionship and reassurance to our clients

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
  • A people person with kindness, patience, and understanding
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
