About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Digital Transformation Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the conversion of our most exciting and high-profile opportunities into iconic wins, and then to lead our teams delivering the solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help client organisations create game-changing digital and technology strategies, understanding users, creating delightful user experiences, and providing flawless delivery execution.
  • Assist in the qualification of major deals in your area of expertise and build and lead teams from across Capgemini UK to shape and secure significant new business.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and products by Capgemini teams, providing a platform to build and maintain our global brand, reputation, and purpose.
  • Represent Capgemini at senior levels within our clients' organisations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence.
  • Actively support the continuing evolution and application of our delivery strategies, notably Agile and RightshoreTM delivery.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of forming creative and innovative business winning client propositions and delivering large scale business and technology transformations. You will have a deep understanding of the business challenges and industry trends, as well as a solid knowledge around the relevant technology solutions, operating models, and a view of business-critical outcomes and success factors to deliver compelling value propositions.
