Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of the company's digital transformation program, ensuring alignment across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address their needs through the Digital Transformation agenda, maintaining a heatmap to monitor delivery progress.
  • Manage the Group Information and Digital Transformation Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO).
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, including all interdependencies, and communicate it effectively to internal teams and the broader business.
  • Develop and oversee the framework for all business communications, engaging with site Managing Directors and facilitating global roadshows both virtually and in-person.
  • Define and validate digital engineering integration processes to enhance operational efficiency and meet the company's evolving digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with the Information team and key stakeholders to document and implement the digital engineering integration framework in line with the company's integration strategy.
  • Effectively manage resources, including internal teams, third-party vendors, and existing service contracts, to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Serve as the technical liaison with external entities, including technology providers, to ensure cost-efficiency and future-ready solutions for the business.
  • Promote digital transformation company-wide, collaborating with functions to map processes, build digitization roadmaps, and keep stakeholders engaged and aligned throughout the transformation journey.
  • Provide ongoing training on platforms and systems to empower colleagues across the business to leverage full functionality and stay updated on digital developments and innovations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and improved efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain service delivery processes aligned with best practices such as ITIL.
  • Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and implement continuous service improvement plans based on performance evaluations.

With strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, you excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your strategic mindset and proactive approach drive continuous improvement and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
