Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless integration across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address their needs through the Digital Transformation agenda, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage the Group Information and Digital Transformation Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO), ensuring effective resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Create and maintain a digital transformation roadmap, outlining key milestones and performance metrics.
  • Develop and oversee the framework for all business communications, engaging with site Managing Directors and facilitating global roadshows to promote digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define and validate digital engineering integration processes to enhance operational efficiency and meet the company's evolving digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with the Information team and key stakeholders to document and implement the digital engineering integration framework in line with the company's integration strategy.
  • Effectively manage resources, including internal teams, third-party vendors, and existing service contracts, to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Serve as the technical liaison with external entities, including technology providers, to ensure cost-efficiency and future-ready solutions for the business.
  • Promote digital transformation company-wide, collaborating with functions to map processes, build digitization roadmaps, and keep stakeholders engaged and aligned throughout the transformation journey.
  • Provide ongoing training on platforms and systems to empower colleagues across the business to leverage full functionality and stay updated on digital developments and innovations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and improved efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain service delivery processes aligned with best practices such as ITIL.
  • Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and implement continuous service improvement plans based on performance evaluations.

Your strategic mindset and proactive approach drive continuous improvement and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
