Job Title: Digital Transformation Director

Job Summary:

Hitachi Solutions Europe is seeking a Digital Transformation Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders within Local Government, Blue-light, Health, and Housing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within Local Government, Blue-light, Health, and Housing organizations
* Support customers in digitally transforming services, including moving to the cloud, developing target operating models, digital by design, and design by data
* Guide customers through complex technology decision-making processes
* Seek out and develop new business leads and opportunities
* Be responsible for accounts, articulating a clear vision and achievable goals, and supporting Hitachi's teams to develop and iterate products, strategies, and roadmaps
* Lead engagements with customers and stakeholders and represent Hitachi Solutions in public arenas

Requirements:

* Relevant industry experience across business development, public sector digital transformation, and the technology sector
* Experience operating within pre-sales and sales and working closely with delivery and consulting teams
* Demonstrable experience developing and managing public sector tenders and framework bids
* Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within both Hitachi and client organizations
* High-level understanding of modern technologies used in delivery of cloud-based software products
