Cluster Groups and Conferences Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton. As a Group, Conference and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales leads and increase conversions in group reservations, conferences and events
- Interact with guests and customers to earn repeat and expanded business
- Focus on up-selling and cross-selling between multiple properties
- Negotiate budgets with customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Respond to enquiries within specified deadlines to identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities
- Plan group stays and events and liaise with relevant departments to ensure successful completion
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
- Prepare and distribute weekly function sheets with relevant information
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should be able to use your intuition and creativity to deliver a wonderful experience for everyone. The ability to multitask and prioritise is essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure with a broad smile. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, produce quality work and be flexible to work as per business needs.
