We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Senior Support Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized care and support to residents, responding to their individual needs and preferences
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes
  3. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care plans
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
