About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our All Age Safeguarding Team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to support the Trust's safeguarding efforts.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the team, liaising with other offices and organisations to collect and exchange information.
- Work flexibly across the organisation, covering the work of colleagues during peak periods or absence.
- Analyse and interpret information, explaining it clearly to other staff as appropriate.
- Review communication systems for staff, patients, and external sources using appropriate communication tools.
- Conduct team meetings and informal and formal consultations with staff on work objectives, changes, and dissemination of relevant information.
- Involve staff in decisions that may affect them as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively as part of an integrated team.
