About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at PayPoint Group. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with retailers in Leicester and Coventry, delivering exceptional sales volumes, revenue growth, and installation of our products.

This is a fantastic chance to build and nurture strong relationships with our clients across the territory, ensuring we meet our agreed sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to new and existing retailers.
  • Selling and promoting our products effectively, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Attending team meetings and presentations, staying up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. If you have experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development, we want to hear from you

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid full driving license.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
