## Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heat Pumps Estimator to join our team at Thornhvac Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions for customer projects, creating fully costed proposals, and guiding installers and engineering contractors through the installation process.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical solutions for customer projects, including air source heat pumps, controls, and equipment, with consideration for MCS legislation.
* Create fully costed proposals from enquiries, sets of drawings, or specifications.
* Liaise with installers and engineering contractors to ensure smooth installation processes.
* Provide technical and design advice, including heat loss and energy calculations.

## Ideal Candidate

* Strong working knowledge of air source heat pumps required.
* Understanding of the MCS framework and legislation preferred.
* Previous estimating or design engineering experience preferred but not essential.
* Applications from install or service engineers with heat pump experience seeking to move into the office are welcomed.
