Autism Specialist Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Autism Specialist Practitioner to join our team at HCRG Staffing. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to individuals with autism and their families, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored support plans for individuals with autism.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies to enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network.
  • Offer training and advice to caregivers and staff on best practices for supporting individuals with autism.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in autism spectrum disorders.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in Autism Spectrum Disorders are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism, including hands-on therapeutic and support roles.
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
